I get that he freaked out, however, most people do not understand why cops are there, even if the cop tells them they're there to investigate. We don't know all the details of the law, most people think when cops show up, they're likely there to arrest them, therefore they will end up resisting, screaming, etc... and they do not know they are being charged for it. Most arrest seem like there is a lack of communication, And it's never good for the citizens or the cops

If by some chance she reads this I was with my ex for 7 years. It started with pushes,slaps,name calling, accusations ,isolating me from friends then family,then punches & beatings. It ended with me being in hospital 2 weeks with a skull fracture & almost dying. You deserve better but most of all your children don't deserve this. You're children learn from you & WILL allow a man/woman to treat them exactly the way he's treating you because you are setting the example. Your children deserve to 1 day to have a spouse that is loving & respects them. They don't deserve to be treated how he treats you. Love them more than you love this abusive man & take gentle care of yourself.
